    The material grade (e.g. N35 to N52 for neodymium) sets how strong the magnet is for its size.

    Dimensions & tolerance

    Diameter, length or thickness in mm, and how much the actual size may deviate.

    Pull force

    Supplier figures in kg, measured under ideal lab conditions on thick, flat steel. Real-world force is lower with gaps, coatings or thin steel.

    Coating

    The surface finish, such as nickel, protects the magnet against corrosion.

    Magnetisation

    The direction of magnetisation, e.g. axial (through the length or thickness).

    Max. operating temperature

    Above this temperature a magnet starts to lose strength permanently.

    Do you ship outside Belgium?

    Yes. We ship worldwide from our own stock in Belgium, with free shipping to any destination on orders from €50 excl. VAT. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
    Are your prices shown with or without VAT?

    Both. The main price is excluding VAT, and the price including VAT is shown right below it. The exact VAT for your order is calculated at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced VAT-free; private customers pay VAT.
    Can private individuals order too?

    Yes. Our shop is built for business buyers, but anyone can order. As a consumer you get the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee, as explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.
    Can my business order without VAT?

    Yes, if your business is registered for VAT in an EU country other than Belgium. Enter your valid VAT number at checkout and your order is invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rules; we check the number via the EU VIES system. Belgian businesses pay 21% Belgian VAT. For orders outside the EU, no Belgian VAT is charged, but import duties and taxes may apply in your country.

    How is pull force measured?

    The pull-force figures we list come from our suppliers' data, measured under ideal laboratory conditions: pulling the magnet straight off a thick, flat, clean steel plate with direct contact. In practice, force is lower with an air gap, paint or coating, thin or rough steel, or a sideways (shear) load, so allow a safety margin in your design.
    Are neodymium magnets safe to handle?

    Yes, if you treat them with respect. Keep them away from pacemakers and other medical implants, electronics and magnetic cards. Wear gloves and eye protection with larger magnets, don't let them snap together, and keep small magnets away from children.
    Can I return magnets?
